I’m just as excited to share Part II of Andrew and Savannah Alexander Homestead wedding as I was to share Part I. There are so many gorgeous portraits of these two in this post, I just couldn’t narrow them down. Andrew and Savannah had a stunning Rolls Royce pick them up and we got the opportunity to do some additional portraits at sundown with the car. It was an great combination and they tuned out amazing so be sure to scroll all the way down to see.
See the couple below? On this very same weekend last year I was photographing John’s sister’s wedding as this very same location, when Lauren went in labor with their son, David. She made it to the hospital and delivered him within 3 hours. We had such a good time recounting the experience!
Savannah and Andrew’s wedding was my first wedding of the season and it could not have been a more perfect day. These two were so easy to work with and are absolute naturals in front of the camera. The wedding took place at the beautiful Alexander Homestead which offered so many gorgeous backdrops. My favorite thing about the day though, was how in love Andrew and Savannah are… particularly how smitten Andrew is with Savannah. I love photographing love like this and it is such a reminder of why I love this job so much. Congrats Andrew and Savannah, it was such a joy to be apart of your day.
Ashley and Will’s reception was a blast. Split Second Sound did an amazing job keeping everyone on the dance floor and the friends and family of these two were awesome to hang out with for the evening. Click to see Part I of Will & Ashley’s wedding. You will also find a full list of vendors at the bottom of Part I. Enjoy!
Ashley and Will’s wedding day was so great. The weather was the perfect temperature, their location (The Brakefield at Riverwalk) offered so many gorgeous options, and the bride and groom made the day so fun! When I look through these images, I am shocked every time with how absolutely stunning Ashley is. Kim with Who’s The Fairest did an amazing job on her make-up and she is already so naturally beautiful. Will kept us laughing as usual, so all in all the day was perfect. I am so excited to share this wedding, I love the way everything turned out.
Stay tuned tomorrow for Part II and make sure to scroll to the bottom for a full list of vendors. Enjoy this sweet couple!

As I mentioned in Part I, Annette and Keith are a complete joy to be around, so this made their reception a blast! It was such a blessing to see their families merge in such a loving way and celebrate the two of them together. After the reception, Annette & Keith headed off to Tuck & Caicos, the same place Matt and I went on our honeymoon. This was one of the many bonds we shared throughout the weekend and I am so happy to have been apart of such a wonderful time in their lives. Congrats, you two!
Annette & Keith are SO great. From the time that we arrived in Charleston for their gorgeous Nautical themed wedding, they treated us like we were apart of the family. Annette and Keith’s wedding at Creek Club at I’on was absolutely beautiful and no detail was left undone. I love the cobalt weaved into all the details. It was so clear how much these two love each other and how excited they were to start their lives as a married couple.
Congrats Annette & Keith! You guys bring joy to so many and I am honored to have been apart of your day!
Stay tuned tomorrow for Part II!
Not a single detail was left out of Hannah and Billy’s wedding. Ashley of The Graceful Host did a fabulous job and made my life so easy. Hannah and Billy were both beaming with love for one another and so excited about their big day. Our day started out with a beautiful ceremony at the lovely Dilworth United Methodist Church and then we headed to the oh-so-elegant Bonterra Dining and Wine Room for the reception. It is clear through these images how well loved Hannah and Billy are and I know they will not forget this incredible day for years to come. Congrats you two! It was such a blessing to be apart of your incredible wedding.

Words cannot describe how special the Boyer family is to me. 5 years ago when I returned from living in the Middle East everything was pretty unsure for me. I soon found a job nannying in the Boyer home for their 2 baby boys (at the time 8 months and just turned 3), and stuck around there well into my marriage and the start of my photography business. Not only did Leah and Bryan give me a job, being apart of their family and taking care of Eagan and Cannon daily played a huge role in making my transition easier in coming back to the States. It was at this time that I decided if and when I had little ones of my own, I wanted boys, which was a huge change from always wanting to be a mom of girls. These two guys definitely prepared me to be mom to my sweet little dudes!
Eagan and Cannon have since grown tall (Eagan as tall as me now!) and I have been dying to get them in front of my camera. So glad it finally happened. Enjoy this adorable family!
Enjoy Miranda and Micheal’s sweet ceremony and oh-so-fun reception! Check out Part I for their getting ready images and portraits as well as a list of their awesome vendors.
Miranda and Michael’s wedding day was a beautiful one. They were married at Carrigan Farms in Mooresville and we thankfully were met with very nice weather! This was a huge success considering how much it has rained this wedding season. Enjoy this sweet wedding and stay tuned for Part II!
