I have been excited about posting Part II of Hilary and Thomas’ wedding all day, but with the craziness that Saturday’s hold in the Tucker house, I am just now getting around to it. Hilary had the most amazing DETAILS to go along with her ‘Winter Wonderland’ theme, and I LOVE details. After the reception, we got the opportunity to head uptown with just Thomas and Hilary and do some night shots and I can’t wait to share those! They were originally going to be a part of this post but I couldn’t keep them narrowed down so there is going to be a Part III to this wedding. Stay tuned on Monday for Hilary and Thomas’ stunning Uptown night shoot!
Hilary and Thomas did not want to see each other before the ceremony but they did want to pray together. Just one of the many touching moments of the day.
Stunning!!
I always love the perspective of the 2nd shooter! Thanks, Heather.
This next shot perfectly portrays Hilary’s unbelievably kind spirit.
In lieu of the guestbook, Hilary and Thomas had each guest highlight their favorite Bible verse and sign their name beside it. They will use this as their family Bible for years to come. Such a great idea!
A little DIY photo-booth!
I have been on pins and needles waiting to share Hilary and Thomas’ wedding with you all! The wedding was on January 7th so Hilary went all out with her gorgeous ‘Winter Wonderland’ theme. Little did she know the weather would be 70 degrees on January 7th with beautiful overcast skies. I could not think of a more perfect wedding day- gorgeous decor, perfect weather, and amazing light. I’ll take it! But Hilary and Thomas’ genuine love for one another was truly the theme of the day. They were SUCH a sweet couple to work with as were their family and friends.
Stay tuned tomorrow for part II. Enjoy!
Such a sweet moment Hilary and Thomas had praying with their families during the ceremony.
I love Part II of Brent and Angela’s Wedding just as much as Part I. The Peninsula Club offered so many fun places for portraits and Brent and Angela’s reception was so fun! The kids especially enjoyed all the gifts in their goody bags. The glasses you’ll see were so fun to capture! Enjoy…
Have I ever mentioned how much I LOVE outside weddings? Specifically outside weddings in PERFECT November weather under a tent with PERFECT light? Well, I do. And this is what I got when I arrived at Brent and Angela’s gorgeous Peninsula Club wedding. This combined with Angela’s bubbly personality and Brent’s love for his bride made for the perfect day.
Thank you Brent and Angela for letting us be apart of your day. I know you two are going to be SO happy together!
Stay tuned this weekend for Part II of this lovely wedding!
Right now, I’m getting mine and Oli’s things together to head off to the mountains with a bunch of wonderful ladies from my church for a little retreat time. I don’t think Oliver is going to mind being on a trip with so many girls since most of them will want to hold him the entire time;). But before go, I thought I’d share some things that will be coming down the pipeline in the next couple of weeks. See ya next week!

Happy Friday!
I am so excited to share Jenn and Kris’ June wedding located here in Charlotte. The ceremony was beautiful, the reception was low-key and the couple was completely relaxed the entire time, so all in all it was a great day. Heather (my 2nd shooter) and I shot this wedding 33 weeks pregnant (we are due on the same day!), so that made for a hilarious sight and lots of love from Jenn and Kris’ guests. Thanks everyone! We are still hanging in there.
Congrats Jenn and Kris! Thanks for such a wonderful day.
Love this little guy looking up at the bride.
Stay tuned for lots more blog love coming up next week!
