Katy and Brad have got me hooked on the brunch wedding! Everything about this wedding was absolutely beautiful and delicious. I mean seriously, bacon and french toast is a welcomed treat in our house any time of day. Katy put so much time and effort into every detail of this day and it was an absolute joy to photograph. That being said, one of my favorite parts of the day had nothing to do with the details. Katy and Brad’s First Look was so natural and sweet. (See below) It is clear how much these two love each other and how happy they were to be getting married. That is why I do this job. Even after shooting dozens of weddings, those moments still make me tear up. Lauren and Ryan are such a FUN couple and we had a great time at their engagement session. I did not meet Lauren and Kyle in person until their wedding day because they are living in Arizona, but after chatting with them over the phone it felt like we had known each another for years. These two are just so down to earth. Lauren wanted to have her wedding in her home state of NC, so they worked hard to plan this wedding with so many beautiful details from many miles away. It was my first time shooting at Little River Vineyards and I loved every inch of of the space. I also loved the emphasis Lauren put on florals as well as the incredibly beautiful dress!
