A few weeks ago, I got a call from Boston’s mommy Cara. She shared with me that she wanted a session with sweet Boston as soon as we could possibly get it scheduled because Boston was only just a couple days shy of 3 weeks old and was already changing so fast! Having an infant myself, I knew exactly what Cara was experiencing so we planned a session that weekend. Baby Boston was the most precious thing ever and made me miss having Oliver that small. He decided he didn’t want to sleep for any of our time together, there was just too much going on for him to miss anything. Here are a few of my favorites of this precious one…

Have I ever mentioned how much I LOVE my clients? Well I do. They are always so fun and easy to work with and Jessica and Mitch are the perfect example of that. They are not only so fun and laid back but they have a GREAT sense of style which is something my camera loves. Jess and I have kind of a give and take relationship. She cuts my hair at Carmen!Carmen! Salon e’ Spa and is SO good at what she does. (My sister Amy Carter does my color, book with both of them today!)

Jessica and Mitch will be saying ‘I do’ next June and I can’t wait to shoot their wedding! For their engagements we went to a local pumpkin patch and just had a lot of fun…. I’m pretty sure I say this every time but, I think this is might be one of my favorite sessions yet! Enjoy:)

No retouching on this skin folks… This girl is naturally this gorgeous!

So excited that I was able to shoot in a sunflower field this year!

Next up- Sweet baby Boston! Can’t wait to share this little cutie.

Right now, I’m getting mine and Oli’s things together to head off to the mountains with a bunch of wonderful ladies from my church for a little retreat time. I don’t think Oliver is going to mind being on a trip with so many girls since most of them will want to hold him the entire time;). But before go, I thought I’d share some things that will be coming down the pipeline in the next couple of weeks. See ya next week!

I can’t wait to share Emily and Adam’s Charlotte wedding, but until then I share her bridals. Isn’t she gorgeous? We did the shoot on Sept 11th and were surprised to see that the spot I had scouted had a concert going going on, but as you will see, we took advantage of the crowd and had such a fun time! Here are some of my favorites:).

As I mentioned in the sneak peek, I’ve known the Trents for quite a while. Bethany and I were close girlfriends in college (still are) and we had so many adventures together. Along with another girlfrind, Bethany and I once found ourselves in a very shady part of downtown Atlanta very late at night, begging anyone who would listen for Panthers/Falcons tickets, ha! Oh the memories…

I can’t believe Bethany and Matt now have 2 little cuties, Jake and Brooklyn. It is amazing how fast time flies and it is going even faster now that my little one is here. Beth and Matt- hope you enjoy these images of your sweet family, as much as i enjoyed taking them. Love you guys!

A couple of weeks ago, I had the PLEASURE of being a bridesmaid in my best friend Amy’s wedding. We all had a great time celebrating Amy and Chris’ marriage, even Oliver who rocked his 3-peice suit for the first time. Since I was apart of the wedding party, I didn’t shoot the wedding but I did get to shoot Amy’s bridals which was so fun and turned out gorgeous! Enjoy:)

We had lots of places in mind to shoot and we worked really hard to make it to a blue wall before it got too dark, but we didn’t make it. SO we decided to venture into the local laundry mat beside the wall. Love how this turned out!

Amy wanted to surprise Chris will a few pics with her and his English Bulldog Gus. So sweet:).

September and October have been my busiest months thus far and when there is so much editing to do, blogging gets put on the back burner. (Not to mention, I’m caring for an 8-week old all day). Sorry about that! I really am going to work on it:). But I did just do a session for a sweet friend from college and she requested a sneak peek, so here ya go Beth! 🙂 Can’t wait to share the rest of the images of your gorgeous family!

Stay tuned.. LOTS more coming soon!
